We had a special class, a breakfast for extra conversation activity!

Jose and Marck could talk about the name of the dishes, the food and share experience in English!

I prepared and served a special natural Yogurt and I promised to share the HOW TO MAKE it here. So, there you go:

Natural Yogurt


2 lt of milk (you decide if you want whole, skimmed or semi skimmed milk)
1 yogurt pot

How to make it:

Boil 2 liters of milk 
Wait until it is easy for you to put and keep your finger in it for 10 seconds 
Put the Yogurt pot
Mix it, cover the pan and wrap it with a towel
Wait at least 6 hours and mix again
Enjoy your Yogurt

TIPS: You need to respect the temperature before mixing the yogurt, or it will not work. Save one glass of Yogurt to prepare the next ones. Do it in the evening and you will have a creamy Yogurt next day. Mix it with your favorite fruits, or save it with mangoe and coconut as a special option for fruit salad.
