Today I worked on how to write e-mails with Giselle in our class, so she could send her first e-mail to the Pen Pal Project.
We talked about the issues mentioned below (previous post) and also we watched the video here.
It is a good chance to take a look at how to write e-mails, structure, style and tips for professional messages, specially when you have to send a bad new to a customer or colleague.
The site that has the video recommends you watch it many times as a good chance to practice your listening and new vocabulary.
